First i want to let you know that i just want to show my project website, and we will discuss about the layout, the content and would like to get some ideas and feedback on it, i do not want to be banned as i show the commercial site here.

Looks very good!
I was surprised that for a site all about printed circuit boards, you don't have those words prominently placed on the top half of your main page. I had to hunt to make sure that PCB wasn't short for polychlorinated biphenyl. 
I spotted a heading "Features Company". I assume you mean "Featured Companies"?
I'm sure you know this, but your FAQ is empty. At the very least you could have an FAQ explaining what PCB is.
