While AdSense is probably one of the best money making machines if you have quality content and a lot of traffic, there are lots of other AdSense alternatives out there. Some of them are only suitable for sites with 100,000+ monthly page impressions and more, others can be used by sites with low traffic. The key to understand is that when you are looking for an AdSense alternative, you should try several solutions, one at a time and seeing what works the best. No general advice can tell you the best solution for you. The best results are achieved through a trial-and-error method.

The following table provides a listing of programs, which can be used as an alternative to AdSense (and AdSense too), if for some reason you can't use AdSense. Also notice that some of the these programs can be combined with AdSense, without breaking Google's TOS.

There are also lots of these sites like chitika and others which are also ads like adsense.

It can be incorporated with adsense on the same page, no problem with that.

Yeah. I have tried everything else but failed.Only adsense has worked for me.Of course, it did not happen quickly ,but it worked Smile

There is no such thing as an "Adsense Alternative". Unless of course by alternative you mean "make next to nothing program".

Adsense is the only contextual advertising program of it's kind that has the advertising pool and technology to pull off what they are offering.

Every other contextual advertising program is simply an also ran... and will never make you any serious money.

The Alternative is to focus on Affiliate Marketing. If you want to do Contextual Advertising and make money then you need to play the Adsense Game.

To be honest I do not have a great view of Adsense. It seems you have to have a LOT of traffic to generate a lot of clicks worth cents to you to make dollars!

My idea of of an "adsense alternative" is marketing affiliate products. You're commission on one sale will probably be the equivalent of up to 1,000 clicks.

I guess I have to agree that Adsense is one of the best money making machine to earn passive income in the internet. I just attended a workshop seminar a couple of months back and i was fascinated by Adsense tips i learned from it. With proper niche and keywords, anyone could probably earn a lot. Just be careful not to violate any Google Adsense Privacy Policy or your account may be at stake. Smile

For those who are making good money with adsense of course adsense is the best money making machine

I have been lucky so far and had good results
But I am not holding my breath. Too many people complain in the forums about being kicked off adsense even while working within the TOS

So yes it is a good idea to be aware of other methods of website monetization
