This is a few days old, but I just heard about it.
AdSense publisher Aaron Greenspan, founder of Think Computer Corporation, was kicked out of AdSense, so he took Google to the small claims court and won.

If you've lost your AdSense account for no reason you know of, you need to read this.
The weird thing about this case is that Aaron was apparently publishing AdSense ads on a parked domain, breaking the AdSense terms and conditions, which he hadn't bothered reading carefully.
Google sent a paralegal to the small claims court who didn't seem to know anything. Strange case!
