I've seen it done, although I find it really annoying when I hit "next blog" and a ***-related site comes up. It seems to destroy the credibility of my blog when my visitors hit "next blog" and come across such a blog.

If you have a blog at google and it's 'adult' you just need to go into the settings and check the 'adult' content.
Then, when someone goes to the home page they'll see a age warning and must click through it. _________________ Free auto tweet tools and information on how to sell your twitter background earn by placing ads in tweets at http://www.autotweet.info/ plus get totally free downloads at http://www.free-download.com
