Do a search on this forum for CBMall, you will see what has already been posted about it and why it is no different than any other replicated site.
I recommend you read Allan's newsletter archives first ... find out about mini sites, micro sites, and content sites. Find out what focus each offers, what is needed to succeed with them, and then decide what you need to do to succeed.
Noone can "tell" you to do this, do that and guarantee you will succeed ... your personality, work ethic, and knowledge go a long way in determining whether you will succeed. Once you set your goals, then choose the method (mini, micro or content) that will give you the best foundation to reach your goals.
Do look over old posts on this forum ... there is a wealth of free information here just waiting to guide you on your way, without telling you what you "have" to do ... but they do tell you "how to do" what you need to do in your chosen method to succeed.
