There are affiliate programs for just about every industry and product you can imagine. Do some research online and see what your competitors are doing.
Affiliate programs are an excellent way of getting leverage because you pay only when a sale occurs.
Before you launch an affiliate program, you'll need a very good product and a website that has a high conversion rate. It might be best to do one thing at a time. Get your business running smoothly and then launch an affiliate program.

Yes..you should start doing it. Imagine of 24hours everyday advertising to the whole world. Even your bussiness will still working for you when you are sleeping.
For me, I go to basic first - here it is:
Supply / Demand < 1 (Smaller the value is better..)

Hi Roberts,
I believe that your offline business should be up and running before you create your website.
It's important that you work out some of the challenges that your new company will experience before you start driving traffic to your online business or blog.
Having said that, internet marketing is the best way to brand yourself and make your company visible worldwide. So don't wait too long.
There's some great Mentors who could guide you thru the proper steps for success. (I'm not one of them) So take advantage of their knowledge, as well as the veterans in these forums.
