Guaranteed traffic doesn't usually work well. The only guaranteed traffic that has worked for me is usually paid-to-click traffic. I've had some signups using this method for and I usually never have a problem generating leads with PTC either. Other people would disagree with me, but this has been my experience.

Guaranteed traffic is pure junk traffic it is not targeted at all. I've tried it you will receive a lot of hits but no sales.
Some guaranteed sites will even provide you with real time statistic but all BS do avoid it like plague.You will waste your money and not getting any result.
Is better to use free advertising like article, forum, social book marking, youtube,myspace and many other form of free advertising. You will generate targeted traffic and overtime will get sales that's for sure my friend.

hey all been reading this forum and I had the same dilema about the free traffic or so called free traffic
I personally use traffic swarm plenty of hits and a few converting, but not a great percentage.
So I guess any traffic is good traffic aslong as its free and doesnt use too much of your time up.
Tho I am looking at using ppc as am in the process ot optimising a new web-site for search engines one thing tho slightly off topic which I appologise for,
does anyone know of a web site that will auto create your meta tags and robot text etc etc.

Just Google "free meta tag generator" and there's several of them.
