Post subject: Affiliate networks for Europeans?
|
|
|
I'm new here, greetings to everybody
I'm also new at affiliate marketing and generally at IM. But I have to start somewhere. I've been reading some of the posts here, and particularly one where it talks about problems with US affiliate networks paying out to non-US folks.
Does any non-USer has some good input on affiliate networks that have no problems paying and don't ask for weird forms from us - before I start promoting products only to lose in the process?
I'm a European gal who is determined to make it online and eventually (say 2 years) quit her 9-5.30 job (which I truly hate). On this second note - do you think I can meet my goal? Right now I don't care to become wealthy, just to make enough money to be able to support myself. Am I asking too much?
Oups, but I'm rambling here...

Hi kislany, Welcome to the forum!

I'm based in Australia. I've joined quite a number of affiliate networks without any problems. Occasionally you'll come across companies, especially pay per lead ones, which want only U.S. or only U.S. and Canadian affiliates, but there are many thousands of affiliates programs you can join, so don't let that bother you for a moment.

Careful! That's all I was aiming for at the start, and then I kept on getting more ambitious.
If you figure out WHY you really want a business, doing so will help you a lot in achieving your goal.
You don't need to have your own business to support yourself. You could support yourself by having a job. So why do want a business? (You don't need to tell me - just figure it out for yourself.) Is it so you can escape from a bad boss or a boring job, or to give yourself more flexibility, or to have the freedom to travel or to work wherever you happen to be in the world, or to have more time with family...
If you figure out what you want to escape from and where you want to go, and if you want it keenly enough, you have an excellent chance of getting there. Go for it!
Hope that helps more than it confuses.
By the way, if you ask one question at a time and make it one topic per post, you're more likely to receive answers. _________________ Allan Gardyne

I think there are opportunities to be had from european affiliate networks and think that you are missing out on the potential. Why have you decided to go for US based affiliate networks? You should base your decision on finding a niche that suits you intially and then fingers crossed you may make your 2 year plan. _________________ make money with affiliate programs |
