Post subject: Traffic changing hosting

Hi
I'm going to change my hosting next week because my actual one is a little bit expensive. The only problem I am afraid of, is if my traffic is going to be affected by this. Both hostings (the one I am and the the new one)told me that the only thing I have to do is, once I have the new account, I have to change the DNS servers son the traffic is directed to the new web server.
Do the search engines know quickly that a change has been made and how to find the path to the new hosting? I heard sometimes people loose traffic doing what I'm about to do.
By the way, I'm still on the train of affiliate marketing since I first heard about this kind of job and Allan Gardyne. Not rich yet (and I don't think it will happen), but having some interesting revenues in addition to my conventional salary.

If you plan your change so that you have everything set up and published then switch nameservers and you are using a host in the USA it can take as little as a few hours to as long as 24-48 hours.
Just because your DNS is resolving in one part of the country doesn't mean that it is resolving in all servers throughout the country.
The reality is that you need to move your service for financial reasons (And hosting is not expensive) so it's likely you are not going to lose much income by moving your site.
Check your logs and see what times and days you have the least amount of traffic and plan around that. But again for most people there is so little income involved it just doesn't matter.
You name servers are just an address so the search engines don't care that you've moved down the street or to an entirely new state. They'll still find you so don't worry about it.

On the first screenshot provided, click on "NS" records. From there, you can change the name server to the ns.avgoc.com.

Unless your hosting company for your website has a good public relations page links, your PR is dependent on this link for example, you do not have / any other external reverse a lot. I spent a morning shift this fall when the host, but in fact it is in the pants, I need to go out and get some more valuable links to kick.

it helps to understand the difference between the types of hosting that are available. The cheapest type of domain hosting is usually shared web hosting. There are also things like hosting on a virtual private server and hosting on a dedicated server. A virtual private server, commonly known as VPS, is more expensive than shared hosting and dedicated server is the most expensive of all.

If the traffic of your domain name is currently pointing to your homepage Store, you can choose to provide that traffic to your home page web hosting.
raffic domain option takes effect in the parameters of your current domain if you cross your traffic.
