Post subject: How to drive traffic to my gifting website

| Hi everyone. I market an automated system they do all the marketing and calls for members. However I decided I wanted to market it for quicker results. Whats the best way to drive traffic to my website. Thats all I need to do. Either paid or free doesn't matter. Thanks |

"Best" will be determined by a number of factors.
My own experience has been that my best results come from:
PPC ads on Google/Yahoo/Etc...
Search Engine Optimization (Get Your Own Domain ... Period!)
Article Marketing
All of those ads are directed toward getting people to my web site where I offer them free information on how I can help them with ____________________.
I know they are looking for what I'm offering because they have either:
1) clicked one of my keyword listings.
2) clicked a link on a search engine.
3) read one of my articles.
This is the most targeted visitor you will ever find. You will find yourself spending a little money and putting in a little effort for these methods but they are absolutely the most effective way that I have experienced to drive quality traffic to my site.
I offer them free information because I want to capture their contact information for follow-up.
This is how I build my lists. And the list is the absolute key to success in any online marketing effort (offline, too).

| Okay thanks for the advice! Its automated cashgifting so I'm sure it shouldn't be to hard to get ranked high as its so new. Thanks again very helpful. |

Yikes! I missed the part about "cash gifting".
I'm not an attorney and I don't play one on TV but be very careful.
First thing that should have raised a red flag:
"they do all the marketing and calls for member".
Think that through. If I am going to do all of your marketing and make all your sales calls.... I don't have any need for you to be involved. I'll just make the calls, do the marketing, and cash the checks.
The second thing is the "cash gifting" aspect:

| Yeah I hear ya! But everything is tracked i have details on who they talked to when and the outcome. I have been in other gifting programs where you #1 enemy is your sponsor. Thats the #1 problem. I have done my research as well on it. I know many lawyers involved in gifting so even though theres proof of being legal and some showing the opposite theres always some question to it either way. 2minuteworkday, Is this multi-level marketing? We don't discuss it here. That's not our niche.
I tried to find a good explanation online of "cash gifting". From what I could find, it sounds like another name for pyramid marketing, which is illegal.
At Wikipedia, I tried a search for "cash gifting" and was redirected to the pyramid marketing page.

| No its not anything like that! Its an act of gifting! Just add www. and .com before and after my username thats my website have a look. But i wont ask anymore questions about it. Sorry about that! |

It has worked well for me. Nice conversion rates on my PPC listings.
And lately, my organic results are getting MUCH better so that's helping a lot, too.
