| I've been asked by a direct sales company to set up websites for its 30,000+ distributors and to create a shopping page on each site with affiliate links to some chosen stores such as those overseen by LinkShare and Be Free. It will also be my job to create affiliate accounts for each of these distributors. LinkShare has a sub-affiliate program but that leaves the reporting and check processing for each of these sub-affiliates to me. I can see no other way to do this than to register each distributor. Any thoughts on this? |

I agree, I can see a real headache with reporting and delayed payment because of BeFree and LinkShare payment policies.
Consider this:
Issue the site to each distributor, you upload it. Then have each distributor sign up for their own accounts at BeFree & Linkshare using their new distributor site for approval.
Once they are approved by the select merchants, you can get the merchant code from your account, substitute the distributor id in the link code, reupload the site, then it's all theirs.
