No, with the wrong products you can struggle a lot, and with the right products you can make a killing.
It depends if something is in demand, how high is the commission, what's the product price, if the niche is very competitive or the product is already marketed by a horde of marketers. In the internet marketing niche new products also mostly sell a lot better than later.

I agree some of the best affiliate programs are listed above. I was wondering though, has anyone really made the big dollars like they always claim?

Allan seems to have an inside track when it comes to good affiliate programs.
What you have to look out for are the ones that turn around and bite you in the !@#$%^.
There are a couple of those out there. If it sounds to good to be true then it probably is.
That's experience speaking. I've been SCAMMED a couple of times by the "Pie In The Sky" pitch. Any affiliate programs you look at do some "Due Diligence" and check out the claims.
A $100,000 a month? Right! That sounds real.

I have been promoting different affiliate program, but the one I love most is Success University
I would normally look for affiliate program that offer recuring commision as the effort I put in is only one time. This is only my own opinion as I'm making a four figure income reaching five soon.

I used to deal with a lot of different products to promote. I now deal only with tickets and because I am zoning in on just one industry, I do much, much better. To answer a question above, yes there is a lot of people that actually make a very good living promoting affiliate programs. THe ones that do good are the ones that are not going to tell you how much they make. I have a lot of 2nd tier affiliates and sometimes I am just amazed at the numbers they are producing.

just to let you all know the missgroovy.co.uk affiliate prgram is no gone live. I was making good money when they were with webgains. They have moved over to affiliatefuture.co.uk.
have a look at their site. They got loads of brands so you should do well in getting the conversions.

I made a lot of money through clickbank digital product retailer. There is whole market of digital products that u can publish and earn up to 75% commission. You can also be a vendor if you have your own product for sale.

I used the tactics in this ebook and made a fair bit of cash from it. It's not an affiliate program but it's got a unique selling tactic using 'hypnosis' in your sales copy, worth a read.
You have to send an email to secret101@aweber.com to receive it but it's free so can't really argue with that one. You get master resell rights with the ebook too |

Yea...I make extra income with googles adsense program.
They pay on time and I always make the 100.00 minimum. Just put the code on my website and blog.
NO I am not getting rich but the extra money sure helps.
I also generate good income from shareasale.com affiliate programs.

Lately I have been generating hundreds from PPL (Pay-Per-Lead) programs & Google Adsense!
