I have a domain that I was using as a redirect to an affiliate site until I got my site built.

I know it was indexed at one time but is not indexed in Google anymore.

Will this domain be permantly banned from google for being a redirect?

Will it get back into the index after google crawls it again and sees it is not a redirect?

Yes it will. Just build a site with lots of real content and it will get back into Google.

You can test with a few pages of content first but I'm almost sure it will.
