We've just introduced a number of anti-spam modifications to the forum. I won't describe the details, because that might help the spammers.
One thing you will be able to see is a "Report Spam" icon (an exclamation mark). If you see any obvious spam, you can click on this icon to report the spam to Wally the moderator.
We're treating these modifications as an experiment and monitoring things to see what happens.
So far today, they seem to have stopped the worst of the spam - the robots. The manual stuff is more difficult to deal with, but we're attacking that, too.
