This was a great forum, but now there are hardly any postings from "real" members anymore, but lots of spam and PORN SPAM (even with pics of peeing women today!), which I think makes a bad reputation to this forum that the real members go away more and more.
So PLEASE DO SOMETHING, Allan!
We talked already long ago about this, and you said, that are good ideas to do. Now it is time to take action.
What about that idea to make live links and sigs only possible after 30 (quality) posts? (or 10 if 30 seems too much) _________________ Just COPY the system from Ewen Chia. http://www.AffiliateKickstart.com

| This is the first time I've checked back here in several weeks, and I clicked the "view posts since last visit" link. The first ten posts are porn! Why is there no report button?! |

Hi folks, This is embarrassing. I assure you we hate this porn spam as much as you do. Please be patient a little longer. We'll fix this.
We've hired a full-time programmer and he's fixing some other urgent problems. We'll get to this very soon.
In the meantime, Wally the moderator has been very busy deleting the spam. _________________ Allan Gardyne

We've just introduced a number of anti-spam modifications to the forum. I won't describe the details, because that might help the spammers. Rest assured, we are treating this challenge very seriously.
One thing you will be able to see is a "Report Spam" icon (an exclamation mark). If you see any obvious spam, you can click on this icon to report the spam to Wally the moderator.
Thanks for your patience. I'm sorry this has taken so long. _________________ Allan Gardyne

Thanks for the explanation about the ! button.
Wasn't too sure what it was.
I'm quite new to this forum and am treating it as an excellent resource for my online endeavours.
I also have been appalled at the amount of spam messages being posted.
Thank you for working hard at fixing this...so those of us who actually want to assist and communicate with each other can do so without fighting through the spam first. _________________ ***Affiliate Contest*** Guaranteed Commissions Until 16th Feb. Don't Delay. |
