Post subject: Questions about Amazon.com Associate Program

Since Amazon.com does not provide sub-affiliate ID tracking, does anyone know if their reports are detailed enough to track exactly what link a sale came from so I can process and make payments to my network of sub-affiliates?

You won't get enough information from their reports to identify precisely which sub-affiliate generated which sale... All you get is the name of the product and various click statistics.

Thanks for the reply Robert.
Amazon told me that they provide affiliates the ability to use tracking IDs -up to 1500 per associate.
Does anyone know if these tracking IDs will be able to provide enough detail to credit a sub-affiliate with the sale? |

My appologies for not being uptodate on Amazon's services! I just dug deeper into my Amazon account and found those trackin IDs indeed.
What you get are summarized click, revenue and commission numbers for every single ID. That should do the trick...
I am not sure how free you are to select your own affiliate IDs...

I have just been informed by Amazon that they do not currently have a sub-associates program. Does anyone have information about this?
