1. People don't write enough to keep their readers entertained with new content.
2. People start a blog knowing what to write, but they forget about the marketing part of the blog. If you don't no how to advertise your blog then your content is practically useless and just sits there with no readers.

I do agree as times goes by, people do give up after they've found there is no one interesting to read their blogs or articles. Of course, quality articles do play a part but consider to use another method like putting a video instead of words.
