Anyone that doesn't progress in the online marketing world, in fact in any type of activity where the general plan is to move forward, never gets anywhere, they get frustrated and start to wonder why the heck they started out in the first place. What I'm going to show you now is the natural progression of things in the online marketing world. You have to make that extra few dollars from your site visitors when they have decided to buy from your site. There are dozens of ways to do just that, but the top 5 ways to make that extra few dollars from your site visitors are:
1 For every original product purchased, send to your customers a catalog of add-on products. This could be upgrades, special services, attachments, etc. If they like your product, they will buy the extra add-ons. For instance, if you are selling computers,you could offer software, extended warranties,printer paper, etc.
2 You can also sell gift certificates for your products. You'll make sales from the purchase of the gift certificate when the recipient cashes it in. They could also buy other products from your web site. For instance, it seems that a lot of people nowadays prefer to buy gift certificates for holidays and birthdays because they simply do not know what to get for gifts.
3 Send your customers free products with their product package. The free gifts should have your ad or logo printed on them. They could be bumper stickers, caps, T-shirts, pen, etc. This will allow other people to see your ad and then placing an order. The freebies could also be trials and samples of other products and services that you sell.
4 Cross-promote your product with other products in a package deal. Include an ad or brochure of other products you sell and have other businesses selling for you.
5 When you ship out or deliver your product, include a coupon for other related products that you sell in the package. This will attract them to buy more products from your website. For instance, haven't you ever bought a product and saw an ad or brochure inside the package that made you want to buy another product?
While the information I have given you can easily be used to make thousands of dollars a month of income...You should make that extra efforts to make all the information given to you to it full potential. Don't just sit there and expect everything will fall on your lap.
