How do all you professionals keep track of your keywords/titles/descriptions for the many pages in your site.

Right now I have about 60 pages on my site, and I am getting a little overwhelmed with managing keywords, etc etc...

Thats how I managed to get my site title into my page title. Good thing one of you noticed and let me know.

as most search engines now are content based you need not to worry much about keywords.

perosnally i use same meta description tags on all pages of my website
