I have had some experience with Site Build it and the keyword evalution tool that they have that tells you if your page is optimized with the right amount of keywords or if you have said the keyword too much. Now I was wondering. Is there any free resource out there where you can do basically the same thing?

You could keep in mind that the SBI page optimization rules are based on the company's experience tracking and analyzing in detail the traffic stats of more than 10,000 SBI sites.

If you use a free tool, you might want to ask what they base their experience on. Just a thought.
