Not sure if everyone has seen the link to the product at the bottom of the forum now. I've heard of this before, but now that Allan has mentioned it I'm thinking twice about it.
Has anyone read it and what are your thoughts? _________________ Robert

I have had a look at the site before. I am always wary of these "sales sites", you never know what to expect. Although I trust that people like Allan who runs this forum wouldn't just advertise any old rubbish.
All these sales letters seem to offer a money back guarantee, but I don't know how water tight that is, i.e how easy can you get your money back.
Having read the ad copy it sounds like you need to be pulling in a good number of visitors each day to your site, other wise the numbers don't add up. So for me I think it's come too soon, as I'm not even indexed yet! _________________ Check out my blog. Just started it, and testing the water to see how it goes.

I bought it today. Well, most of it I suspected or knew already, but
it triggered a revamping of my adsense blocks and approach...
give it a week and i'll post if it brought something...
Cheers

Few days back I had asked the question about the Adsense Gold package from Jonathan Leger. The Author Jonathan Leger is offering a package for $ 97. Last month he was selling it for $ 67. He has increased the price.
He is offering
1) Adsense tracker,
2) Triple your adsense CTR book,
3) 3600 High paying keywords &
4) 11,194 articles on various topics.
Now should I go for Joel Comm's Adsense book? Any comments are welcome.
Best regards

Hello,
So, you think you may not get your money back?
Thank you

I am interested as well. The sales copy somehow suggests that a CTR of 20% is possible. Unfortunately he is not allowed to talk about real figures. For a CTR of 10-20% I definetly would buy the book.
But you risk that it's just sales hype. I am pretty sure I am already doing a lot of things right and I am not sure if I really get information that's new to me...

I bought it a few days ago, returned it yesterday. It has a lot of good info but if you spend a bunch of time here and on other forums you can get most the info for free.
There was no "Oh, of course" moments for me. _________________ Dave

Thanks for posting the link to that discussion. It's interesting.
Most of the peolpe there doubt it's possible to make 15K with Adsense. I don't. It's a matter of traffic, CPM and CTR. Nothing else.
If you have enough traffic you can make much more.
What I dislike in his sales pitch is, that he somehow suggests a CTR of 20% is possible. I hardly believe this. Maybe on a single page but not on average. But he boldens this part to make people believe that's what they're getting. That sounds like scam to me.
He is telling us, he increased his CTR by 300%. I believe this.
I wonder how he made 15K out of it when all he was earning before was just 30$. Well, 30$ + 300% is just 90$ to me. But he claims to make 1667% more money than before. Sounds strange.
@Allen: As this thread started because of your advertisement it would be interesting to hear a comment from your side. Do you know what you're advertising for? Do you recommend it? Can you explain it?
I am very interested how this thread develops.
All the best,
Fabian

| I'm confused about this book. I thought disclosure of earnings was not allowed under the Google Adsense program. |

When you look at the November 2004 AdSense earnings report posted on the sales page for this product, it seems the earnings were consistent regardless of the day of the week.
My experience has been there is either a noticable increase in earnings on weekends or a decrease in earnings on weekends - depending on the content & audience for the particular page/site topic.
Do others experience 7-day consistent earnings or do they increase/decrease on weekends?

When I look back at the last 7 days. Friday and Saturday are the worst days. Monday is always a high-traffic day on my sites. Last Monday was better then Friday and Saturday together. So no linear data.
But: I don?t think his stats are wrong.
I think the secret is traffic. His site worldvillage.com seems to have a lot of it. It has a Google page rank of 7 and it?s Alexa Rank is 17.098

His sites sure are rich with discussion content
For example, if you go to worldvillage.com, note the links under the word "Shopping" such as "Coupon Codes, Send Flowers, Tupperware, Credit Card Applications, Buy Books, Auctions, Super Store, Arbonne"
I took a look at a few of those which seem to be links to other sites of his. Crosslinking sure doesn't seem to be hurting him.
Also, if you click on the "Auctions" link under the word "Shopping", you'll find a page with a large arrow pointing the visitor directly towards the AdSense ads. Interesting approach.

I haven't read the ebook in question, so please don't anyone make a purchase or no-purchase decision based on my comment.
If anyone reads where the author claims to be earning $15,000+ per month consistently with AdSense, please post a link.
