What's everyone think of Google and their new Local Search capability?

Is this something that will now rival the yellowpages or superpages online?

I stumbled upon it last night doing some keyword research, I've always been fascinated by the concept of offline biz promotion online i.e. Trades people, car service stations etc. But of course like everything else it still reisdes as an idea on a sticky note on my monitor Laughing

Just curious what everyone else thinks of this new feature, and what it hold for the future? I remember PHIL CA always used to be huge about Offline & online blending together...this would likely be something he'd love!
