I have my site listed in google for more than 1 year and I had aready some traffic before from google. But now when I have PR6 it dropped I have most traffic from yahoo and MSN which I hadnt before.

Google has just gone through a major update within their algorithm. This is probably the main reason why you don't see as much traffic from them as you use to. Check some of your previous rankings within Google and see if you still have good rankings.

If I were you I would study those server logs to find out where I lost traffic.
Then I would see how the serps have changed for those keywords.
With that info and a PR6, you should be well equipped to reclaim your positions with some onpage SEO.
