I definitely second the above statements. Each resources has their pluses and minuses but if you take the best of each method then you can create a great site. 
I'm also finding out that learning doesn't stop when you purchase and implement either of these programs.
So many people are paralized after starting a program that they give up failing to realize that the programs are only a roadmap to the destination and that just getting on the road is as important as the destination.
Information overload seems to be prevelant as we try to do too much too soon.  A major distraction is the immediate focus on the amount of money to be made versus the amount of upfront time involved.
I'm beginning to get preachy...but you get the idea.

Why do you think people are paralyzed after
starting a program?
Maybe they are not confident or they have
not made a commitment to go for their dreams,
no matter what.
As far as the internet I think there is no
excuse to not go for it because the overhead
is so low and the rewards are very great.
I really admire those people who started
businesses investing thousands of dollars,
had set backs and still made it. Some invested
there last penny to make their dreams come true.
As far as information overload, there is info
overload everywhere in society. If your new
and you found this forum, what an opportunity.
SBI and Martell are two great systems that are
proven to make money with low startup costs.
This forum is a goldmine of great people willing
to help each other. Thank you all...
The theme of this forum is basically creating
a content site to get free traffic in the SE's
to your site.
Now there are other ways to market online.
But people are just going to have to choose
where they want to begin, follow SBI or
Martell, you'll be modeling yourself after
success. Follow through until you succeed.
Don't waste time thinking, but what if I did
this, or I did it this way, or that way, it is like
that for anything. Focus.
The time it take people figuring or wondering,
I'm writing more articles, getting more link
partners, internal linking, because I'm following
a plan. Choose one plan and go for it.
For me I doubted myself in the beginning even
though I was following SBI and Martell. I was
unsure of the niche, or the keywords, or writing
articles. Then I thought darn it Jeremy, what kind
of human being am I that I can't be confident enough
to make my own decisions about my website.
My worst enemy was me! Which primary keyword
should I choose for this product page, I narrow
down my choices then I HAVE to just decide, have
some faith in myself.
Or I am judging myself as I am writing my article,
darn it Jeremy just keep writing. Then after I write
the article and read it, I find hey, I write pretty
good.
Napolean Hill said in the audio tape series Selling You,
did you every think of yourself as smart as Gandhi,
or Napolean Hill, or W. Clement Stone, then he explains,
you can achieve what anyone else has achieved under
similar circumstances. We must start to think more
highly of ourselves.
You get the idea. I shouldn't make this too long,
but if you want your DREAM bad enough find a way
to defeat your unconfident, doubtful, undecisive self
and WIN!
Art Williams says that successful people all have the
same worries, doubts, and fears that the loser does,
but they find away to overcome them and win.
It all comes down to how bad do you really want,
what you want.
Ok, back to making our dreams come true,
through Action.

Thanks Jeremy and Lorretta for the great points about how the SBI and James Martell programs can work separately AND together, so long as we JUST DO IT!

Since you asked...how can I not share my thought. 
The paralysis is due to the big "F-Word"...not that one  I'm talking about FEAR. Just seeing the word causes the heart to skip a beat. Your palms get sweaty. Your mouth gets dry..your tongue swollen and cottony. That is a powerful word.
The parallel word that is just as deadly is HOPE. Let me explain. I will step out on a limb and use my experience - new as it is - as an example.
I have been researching affiliate marketing for 2 years. Hey, I'm a little slow in the decision area but I wanted to be absolutely sure this wasn't going to be a big or costly mistake (sounds familiar?)
After reading several reviews, I decided to take the do-it-yourself route and go with JM's methods. FEAR said to me after I'd paid, downloaded and printed the program. "Are you stupid?" "Taking your heard earn money and buying some get-rich-quick program from some slick-oil-salesman." (Hey, my FEAR has some pretty firm opinions)
However, when I started to read the manual, JM made it pretty clear that making money takes time. "WHEW ," that was a close one. I HOPE this turns out to be a good idea.
I read through the manual in a couple sittings, because after a while my eyes would glaze over.  I should have kept the visine handy. But I was determined to combat my FEAR.
Let me zoom ahead. Started designing my site. Did I choose the right kewords, domain name, category, color, font, template, headings, phrases, titles, tags, words, words, colors, font, picture...FEAR!...FEAR!...mind numbing FEAR! 
"Woman! Grab ahold of yourself...you're coming apart."
I FEARED that my site sucked!
I HOPED people wouldn't think that my site sucked!
I HOPED my site makes money! Then...
...I decided what's the worst that could happen if my site sucked...FAILURE...
...SO WHAT! That's life...one big do over. I'll just learn from my mistake and move to my next project.
I've learned that FEAR and HOPE can work to my benefit...if my perceptions are realistic, my goals are manageable and I always keep a box of chocolate covered raisins handy. 
Isn't life sweet!
