Have you used their form to contact them or did you start with email?
As much as I hate to say it, sometimes you have to wait a few days to get replies from different sites.

Do i need to do anything now ?
i did not receive any payment from moneybookers.com or mailed check yet.
i am new to moneybookers.com
Is that their default payment method is by check?

I am sorry, I am not familiar with Moneybookers, nor am I able to translate the email you posted. I think your best bet is to contact them via their online form or phone number posted on their site.

if not you will not try to help me.
but now it seems that you are saying you are not one of their affiliate,
it does not matter.
