Hi
Do you know any email contact from Marketingtips.com ?
i send to the affiliate support email and to Chris but no response.
i mailed back the wrong payee check long time ago and just want to ask for a replacement check.
They prepare the payee wrong because the name in affiliate profile was changed by them without reason. ( missing the middle name, bank rejected without complete account name )
I changed back the name in affiliate profile to original.
The latest check is correct now. But i cannot get the replacement check.

I have spoken to the affiliate manger on the phone - and he's both human and humane as far as I could tell.
Seriously, for a matter like this, I think the phone's the tool. I haven't got the number to hand, but it's on the site.

phone call is the last resort to try
i have to make international call PLUS
international time difference
the strange thing is that i have attached a sheet explaining the check problem when i post back the check to them.
They should sent out the replacement check even they do not read any email at all.
If you know a email address that will be attended by someone there is much appreciate, thanks

The affiliate manager at IMC is Derek McGowan.

I would explain the problem again and include the headers for previous messages you have sent to IMC regarding the cheque. Don't use an attachment unless they filter.
If this fails, I'd still look into the cost of that phone call. It will probably only take a couple of minutes, and you can always ask them to call you back if they think it will take long.

FYI, Derek McGowan is no longer the affiliate coordinator at IMC. The person to contact is Chris Reynolds. His email address is "chris.reynolds" at the domain name marketingtips.com.
I'm IMC's Lead Software Developer, so I can speak with Chris when I get in tomorrow morning. |

He is aware of the problem now.
