Has anyone from here recently contacted the AdWords support?

I have an account with them and I have just been charged the 3rd time with their activation fee (the date of the last payment is in the future).
I find their support page to be down and they don't provide an email. I find this kind of incredible, I suppose there are thousands who need their support staff right now.
Any opinions/tipps on this are greatly appreciated.

Huh, finally I've found the problem (at least with the support issue).
Basically their address is: https://adwords.google.com

Now apparently https://www.adwords.google.com is also ok, but only apparently! While everything seems to be ok, you won't be able to access the support form and you'll encounter lot of bugs.
I used to log in from the www version, perhaps that trigerred some bug in their system and I was charged 3 times with their activation fee!

It's amazing how "good" I am in finding bugs, problems with sites, it's a pitty I'm not getting paid for it Sad
