Hi-

I'm trying to set up a page with 2 AdSense units on it, one at the top of the content and one at the bottom. I am coding the html myself.

I pasted the code from Google at the top of my page and it works fine. But the code at the bottom does not work at all. It simply appears as an empty box with no ad or link in it (I pasted the exact same code in the exact same way).

Am I missing something obvious?

Thanks.
Mike

If there aren't enough ads available for the 2nd box, it will show blank space unless you set the collapse code Google provides, or set up alternate ads per the Google instructions.

Hi Mike,

I have pages with 3 blocks of Google ads, when they first go up live, only one adsense block will show. If I go look at the page right aways it looks like I messed up.Then over a few days the others generally show up.

Also Google doesn't always have advertisers and they either show their Public Service ads or nothing.

As the others said -- it all depends on the current "inventory" of available advertisements for the topic on your page.

On the second and third ad unit, they won't default to a PSA if no inventory is available. Instead it'll just be blank.
