Hi,
Is anyone else having problems accessing the Buzz. I received a new
password and it does not work. I have sent 5 unanswered e-mails
and have only received auto replies. Yet I've been billed twice and
have had access for less then 4 days since I joined. Can't say I'm
too impressed by zero customer service. |

I purchased the manual in July but also have not received any notification about the new version via email. My email address has not changed and, as far as I'm aware, I'm not having any trouble receiving any other email.
I forwarded a copy of my original receipt to the questionsATjamesmartell.com email address with a note about not receiving a download link. You might want to do the same.

I just received the email a few minutes ago, so you'll likely get one soon. _________________ VREFlipping.com - Learn how to get the most for your site when you sell it, even if it's only making a few cents a day. |

Hi John,
I'm sure you're right. I probably jumped the gun as I have seen it surmised on another forum that the emails may be staggered to prevent server overload since JM has recently recovered from a site crash.
Still, I thought it might be of interest to note that not everyone that was a legitimate purchaser of the manual had yet received the email and download link, you and I included. Glad you got yours and I'm sure mine will be here soon.

Patience.
I'm sure James doesn't enjoy the problems either. Would you rather have him spending his time answering your 5 emails or trying to correct the problem because his previous host went out of business? _________________ Robert

Got my Buzz login, downloaded show 40 and listened during commute this morning.
The 2005 manual e-mail link came overnight and I downloaded it this morning.
'Hope your issues are resolved soon.

Just got it. It's pretty good imo.
He addresses a lot of stuff that's been talked about such as putting affiliate links on article pages, linking to article pages from every page in addition to the products pages, sitemaps etc.
Good to see it updated. |

I really appreciate getting such an informative update to the book, and for free too. Wow, thanks James. The buzz also is back online and worth the wait. Good stuff as always.
For new subscribers to the buzz, please remember that for ten dollars you get access to every single buzz in the archive. Listen to dozens of them and you get the bargain of all time. I don't sell it, just pointing out there is a reason to maybe practice some "attitude of gratitude" here and focus on the big benefits and not the small inconveniences.
What can we learn from this excitement? James teaches a couple of things. One is to really check out your webhost and keep an eye on them. He said his buzz host were good people but their host business went off track somehow. Second, he points out how much easier it is to do affiliate sites where there is no delivery of a product, no customer service issues to deal with. That is very important to me. People are hard to please and I'd rather just be an affiliate and refer them to a merchant.
Keep up the good work James. You da man.
