Update...

Ok.. It's the 9th of october......

I check my msn listing and they are nowhere to be seen Mad

I called postiontech and they gave no good reason!

I emailed SBI tech support and they say they are looking into it.

At this point, I don't think using a pay for inclusion is worth it in attempts to get listed with MSN. Without MSN the pay for inclusion that Inkotomi serves doesn't bring enough traffic. 90% or more of my traffic was from MSN.

Very frustrating considering most of my traffic was coming from MSN since I haven't been listed with Google nor Yahoo yet.

It's the 9th of October...and I found my MSN listing: At no 135 and it used to be at no 2.

That's a drop of 133 places. What shocks me more is that somebody actually clicked on it when it's so far down...lol.

Actually, it aint a laughing matter. I've also lost a truckload of traffic from MSN. But fortunately Google is still delivering.

Hang in there SgtAw. Once Google has found you, you wont look back.

Just an update....

Been almost two weeks and the input from SBI support and Inktomi support (via positiontech and network solutions) is wrong. They said that it would get relisted in about a week. NOT.

Yes, I am listed. Never lost the list. Except now instead of being the the top three. I am way below that!

Funny in a stupid way. Position tech emailed me back and said, essentially, -- see you're in the top postion when we did the search.

However, they used quotes around the keyword! Duh! How many people in real life do that. I was previously listed in the top three without the quotes!

Thanks for your input,

Ed
