Be careful about "Get 10,000 visitors for $5" sites. Most send bot traffic and you may hardly convert. Many of them are run by scripts that keep hitting your server giving you an impression of visits. When you trace the traffic source,you may realize they either come from the same IP or unidentifiable sources.
It may be worthwhile to buy a few quality backlinks as that will give you a PR boost in the long run.
