zh, well on the surface this does look interesting but I looked at it in detail and it's seems all OK.
First off the redirect is NOT an affiliate link. I captured the code and it's a simple redirect to the dolphin site without any kind of id's at all.
Second both sites are owned by the same guy / company.
This is a simple case of this guy starting a new site based on a section of his old site and is redirecting the traffic from that section to the new site. And from what I can see he's doing it the way google recomends you do thing like this.
