Post subject: Help and advice on Overture listing
|
|
|
Hi,
I would like some opinions and advice on how to make my listing in overture better. I just read there workbook and it states its better to have a more a matter of fact ad as opposed to something "too salesy"
Here is what I have, the keyword is business long distance...
"Spending more than $500 a month on your business long distance? Come see our guarantee to beat your current rate or pay you $249."
Any advice on how to make this better? I do want to keep the $500 part in there so we not waisting our time with smaller accounts. _________________ All the Best,

Hi Bradley,
I noticed this post was from quite a few months ago but i thought i might lend some advice. Did you test that ad copy? How did it work for you?
Personally i don't think it has enough call to action. It's too much to read to get to the main point of the product. I guess it is fine if you feel the $500 part is truly necessary, i don't feel that it is. I would try something more direct and general like:
Lower your business long distance bills today-Satisfaction Guarantee-We'll beat your current rate or give you $249. _________________ Sasha Hirshfield
