Has anyone published a new page to recruit affiliates that reflects the new procedure?

I don't know if this is the 'new' recruiting system you're talking about or not, but here's my recruiting page.
It's using CB's "JMAP" links and it seems to work fine.

p.s. Bobby, that sales page is attached to a "Literary Ezine" website - which means it's written by authors who are aware of their rights, so the whole site is VERY heavily copyrighted.
Our solicitor loves to play with plagiarism issues, so please don't go there.
