Looks good.
However, did you do keyword research before you did this?
For example, one link says "Senior Facility Guide".
According to Wordtracker, no one searches for "senior facility". A few search for "senior living facilities". _________________ Allan Gardyne

Post subject: care facility nursing skilled? result from search it tool
|

Thanks for the heads up, Allan. All keywords were explored except that. I have used Search It tool and came up with "care facility nursing skilled", which has 17,000 searches. I have changed it to Skilled Nursing Facility Care. Does it matter which order, and if it does, why does it report backwords results.
Thank you Debs and Allan. If you have an answer for this last query, I would appreccite it.
What a great furum! |

I see you've used the Brainstorming/Overture search option in Searchit.
Overture is extremely useful for brainstorming. You type in a few keywords and Overture instantly shows you dozens more keywords, many of which you might not have thought of on your own. You type in some of them and more keywords appear, and so on. It can be a fantastic, quick way of alerting you to new opportunities. Best of all, the Overture keyword research tool is free to use.
However, Overture does a few things which very often inflate the numbers, making them look much better than they are, and sometimes hugely better. The search engine experts at Planet Ocean - http://www.searchenginehelp.com - did an excellent article explaining this in detail. (Planet Ocean has an excellent book and fee-based monthly newsletter. It's a must-have.)
So your next step in keyword research is to do keyword research at Wordtracker, which will give you a more reliable view of the actual phrases people type into search engines. I'm not saying Wordtracker is 100% reliable - it's software after all - but it gives you a more realistic view of the world than Overture. Wordtracker has a free trial. The paid section gives more comprehensive results.
I haven't a clue why Overture presents keywords out of order. The first time I struck it, I assumed Overture was using alphabetical order, but that's not always true. Perhaps someone else has investigated this and can help you. Figuring out oddities is not my field _________________ Allan Gardyne

That's exactly what I'm talking about. By adding the text links on each page its like another vote that a search engine can tally to determine what the page it links to is about.
Just for the record, Debs, I'm a he not a she - thanks. _________________ Free reciprocal
