Hi,
I just wondered...
Do people here buy incoming links to increase their PR, and if so, which companies would you recommend?
TIA,

Gandalph,
PR is pretty useless now. Don't build PR...build quality incoming links that drive traffic to your site. Get links in major directories, local city directories, and industry related sites.
PR doesn't hold the value it once did. Remember, the majority of web surfers have no idea what PR is and what it does. Do you really care how high your PR is to a potential sale? If you have PR2 homepage, but generate $3,000 in affiliate commisions a month, do you think you need to build your PR?
Worry about if those links your establishing are going to be consumers wanting to purchase, or find more information on, the products your affiliate marketing.
One of the best recommendations I can give you is to turn off your Google PageRank. Find sites that generate a lot of traffic/page views and get your link on there. _________________ 2009 Insider Secrets

I have put up a brand new link directory on my site. There is no PR listed yet. On the good side, you can add your sites's url with any anchor text you'd like. The PR will eventually grow and the link to your site will grow in importance. If anything - it's another link to your site. Take a look, add your site, or not - it's up to you. _________________ Free reciprocal

No, but I've considered buying links to attract traffic (irrespective of PR).
Interestingly, Ralph Wilson (no relation) has a comprehensive report (22 pages) just out this month...
"Reciprocal Linking Tools".
It's mainly about link management tools, but there is a section on buying links at the end.
If you are a Web Marketing Today Premium member it's free, otherwise it's $8.95 as an ebook, I believe.
Just a thought,
Charlie. _________________ "Before I speak, I have something important to say."

You realy don't need to pay for PR. The best incoming links you can get are from people who create quallity websites. Most of the people you link with don't even have the page with your link on it indexed in google. Therefore, linking with them goes you now good. If you want quality links (the ones that google actualy considers) take a look at the forums on:
