Be careful about quoting prices, as some affiliate agreements actually forbid it.
When it comes to "product info", I'd use phrases such as "in the version I saw" and "in my opinion", to get round any problems.
All in all, I wouldn't bother too much about a disclaimer (unless you are giving out advice - like a consultant does), but if you feel it's necessary, I'd ask proper legal advice - you are probably subject to Scottish Law.
Remember, these are just opinions!

Thanks Charlie
I think I've realised that I'm not sure what I need! What I'm looking for is cover for when I have a link to a merchant beside a price. But I don't want to have to monitor my merchant sites for price changes.
I think I'm sticking with wording like "these prices may be subject to change" while I think about this a bit more.
I prefer to have a price - there's little that's more likely to annoy me than a recommendation to buy, without a price.
Is that just me, or would others suggest a link without a price?

Yes, if I'm interested in a product, I like to know the price up front, too.
The only thing is, some merchants don't like affiliates quoting prices, as if they run a "special offer" or just raise the price in the future, affiliate pages can be misrepresentative. But if the merchant's happy, go ahead.

Perhaps another option would be "these were the prices last time I checked". Maybe sounds a bit less formal, but that's just my personal opinion.
Incidentally, if you phone your local Business Link (if they go under the same name in Scotland) they will be able to offer a wealth of advice for small businesses. It's free, too - at least to start with. I'm sure they can offer some useful advice regarding the legalities.
