Do a search for all posts by Sean Burns that contain "PR". He has done his best to explain things on here in the past.

PR is one of those subjects where slight misunderstandings can often arise. I think it was Phil Wiley (but don't quote me) who said that Sean's book included the best description of PR he had seen. I tend to agree - and there's been a revised edition since then...
It's essentially written for laymen (and women), but is pretty comprehensive all the same.
