It's really exciting coming across a forum like this, because for me in real life I don't get too much support for my affliate marketing aspirations. My mom said it's 'stupid', while my husband think it's a 'scam.' Yet, I just believe in my heart that this is the best way to generate an income from home. There are too many big-name companies that are utilizing this marketing concept for it not to be successful.

I've made a little bit of chunk change promoting some pay-per-lead programs in Commission Junction, which has greatly wet my appetite, but it's still insanely frustrating. I have come to the realization that this is not a get-rich-quick scheme as so many of these marketing gurus make it out to be. It takes a lot of experimentation, work, and monetary investment to get the results you want... at least this is what my experiences have lead me to believe. But I think as far as businesses go, this is the least expensive and risky thing you could do.
