Hello,
Are link farms good or bad? One of them is Links To You, which is very popular. Google is known to penalize these sites. Does anybody know exactly which search engine would penalize?
We used to use Links To You when started http://ezinebonanza.com and then a couple websites with whom I requested link exchanges, refused because I was using a link farm! Later I removed Links To You. To be honest, I liked the traffic that I was getting from it; I wasn't thinking about increasing link popularity but the traffic from member sites was good.
Are there any advantages to using link farms??
Does a website get penalized for using it or it is just NOT considered for link popularity but has no negative affect??

My impression is that Google zeros out sites (gives a 0 PR) to sites that use link farms. Sean Burns could provide you with the specifics, or someone else may be able to. _________________ Robert
