Lots of caps in places they don't belong makes reading hard on the viewer, and produces a jarring effect on the eyes. This will make your viewers uncomfortable and they won't know why. If you want to place emphasis on words here and there, use bold, don't capitalize.
Centered text for an entire page does the same thing. People read left to right, keep your text flowing so they are comfortable.
I think your phrasing at the end ... in association ... could be misleading. I would be more comfortable with "in affiliation with."
You didn't build any trust or credibility, no contact info, and you didn't capitalize your name which reads "sloppy." Professionalism is essential to gain trust.
Just a few things,

Varun,
Please read the Message Board Use Instructions!
I know you're in "chat" mode but please practise your English by writing words, not chat abbreviations. Keep on topic and you'll enjoy your interaction here.
I moved your wrongly placed topic to this section also.

Agree with Debs.
Varun, I quote from your site:
"Why this is tough decision? First for a normal person it's hard to change it own pre-concieved ideas and notions. Second You need to have an open mind to criticism and brick-bats you'll receive. Third, you have to trust your Mentor/guide's expertise.
Let me tell you, It is Easy, Provided you want to change, and ready to act. "
Now, act to what Debs said and do the changes
Also, "Web Wide World" should actually be reversed: "World Wide Web". That's where we all are right now.
Your grammar, spelling and sentence construction must improve to look serious and trustworthy. Do you have anyone who can help you proof-reading _________________ DatabaseDesigner

You still need to build credibility, even with a one page site. You can do this by presenting a professional look, good sentence structure, grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc. But also by adding contact info, at least an email. Likely never get used, but it helps build trust.
