Has anybody tried adsense on a mini site, would it be worth it? Or is it just best used for large content sites?

I'm currently using AdSense on a number of mini-sites in addition to larger sites.
Since all my sites are under one account, I have no idea the results I'm getting from any one mini-site.
However, the ads are relevant and the sites are getting traffic, so common sense says I'm getting revenue from the mini-sites.

I see no reason why you shouldn't use AdSense on an existing minisite, provided it meets Google's requirements, of course.
Whether it's worth the bother to set up new minisites specifically for AdSense is a different question.
I've done so myself (one of them - http://www.blues-banjo.com might be the present holder of the narrowest-site-topic-on-the web record  ), but only for "hobby" sites. I don't expect to make money from them, just to cover my expenses.
