Hello to all!

I'm very new here. Guys, just some help needed. We made a website for motorcycle enthusiasts. Its www.cebucybermoto.com - its been 3 weeks and so far we only got about 500 unique visitors. How is this" Doesn't it sound bad?

We've been sweating it out trying to provide visitors with useful info and even offer free classified ads. Trouble is, only a few ever use it. Anyone got an idea on how to maximize visitors in our website?

We conceptualized it to be an online community for bikers. We think we're not getting much or are we just too impatient? Help please!

The Message Board Use Instructions need your attention!

You are , in essence, asking for a review and advice of sorts. I have re-located your message accordingly.

Nice looking site! If it has only been 3 weeks since the launch of the site and forum I would say you are doing extremely well. The posts in the forum indicate activity which is hard to do with a new forum and a small number of visitors.

Is your 500 uniques in total, or daily, weekly, etc.? If in total, I would say that's average, if otherwise, I would say it is excellent for a 3 week old site.

I would recommend you get link into your site by promoting your articles on other sites, as well as exchanged related links. It will likely take a month or two for Google to pick up the links, but it should help improve your rankings.

Your primary site pages have <title> and meta tags, however your forum does not. You may want to modify the template to include these to help with your rankings as well. I would recommend a variable that would pick up the page title, or post title, and category if possible.

All in all I would say you have obtained excellent results so far, so give ir more time, but get those links in.

Hello Debs!

First of all, I would like to thank you for your very encouraging remarks about our website. Sorry for the late reply though. God, is this how it is to start an online community! We have been having tiring days and sleepless nights trying to go outside and promote the site.

Your advice is truly a great relief!

The 500 unique i am afraid is the average but we are barely a month old. How we wish we could get those figures in a daily basis Deb. Smile Yup we are also trying to reach other sites, very useful. I have those tips Debs, thanks to you and we will do that. Thank you very very much!

Best regards,

Paul
