I joined this group in Feb and cancelled within the 1st 30 days expecting not to be charged as was in their agreement. I have now notified them numerous times that I wish to cancel and have to date been charged for 4 months with no response from them at all. Am about to cancel my cc as it appears to be the only way out of their clutches. |

Julie, you can try contacting your credit card company and charge back the credits. Give them an explanation, and copies of the emails if you can as well.

| Thanks Debs but it appears my persistance has paid off. They contacted me this morning with an apology and are sending a cheque for the 4 months charged. A big relief. |

So what is the consensus now on matrix email marketing? I got a email inviting me to join for $47 or $49 a month. Does it work? Is it a lot of work like everything else if you want it to work? Thanks. _________________ Phil
