Google has taken an active stand against publishers that steal content and promote the content with Adsense. There was a good post on Webmasterworld this morning analyzing the clkarification in the Adsense TOS.

Basically, publishers that steal content risk having their Adsense account terminated.
Google wants a DMCA filed, and once done will remove the Adsense account, as well as remove the offending site from their SERPS.

| Anyone know where I can report Google? They've been stealing my content and running Adsense ads on it and I want to put a stop to it. Any ideas? |
