Hello. My name is Ana and I am the affiliate mannager for Visit Barcelona S.L.
We are the largest provider of vacation apartment rental space in Barcelona serving 12.000 guests last year ,and now have set up branches in London and Prague and are opening branches and web sites in Paris ( online ) and soon in Amsterdam ,Rom and Florenze .

I manage a new affiliation program which pays 10$ per sale and 2$ per lead, and a 50% bonus if the affiliate gets 10 or more sales. Also, we offer personal discounts on bookings, weekly offers, incentives and monthly sweepstakes to promote their business.
I think is a good affiliate program, with many advantages, but the problem is that it is not working as well as we expected, and I need new ideas to make the partners more proactive and get more partners. What happen? What can I do? Do you have any suggestions? I'll be grateful for your help. Also, if you are interested in become an affiliate, you are welcome!

Ana,
I looked over your websites, and you don't seem to have any links to your affiliate program. It would get you more sign-ups for your affiliate program if you had a prominent link or banner to it on your main pages.
