Hi everyone, I'm new to the affliate networks, but I came across CJ where they offer direct deposit of commissions. The problem is that I live outside US/Canada, so is there anyway I can still open a bank account in US/Canada from other countries and utilise the direct deposit payment method instead of check?

I'm NOT an expert at this, but because no one else has answered, I'll try.

Yes. Fredrik Gillstrom gave HelpDesk mailing list this advice: "To establish a US checking account if you do not live in USA call: Michele Christie at HarrisBank (Chicago, IL) on +1-312-461-2927. Tell her that you want a personal/business checking account and that you don't live in US or have a US Social Security number. And she will help you."

Please note: I haven't tried this. Ask what the fees are.

I've also received a recommendation for thebancorp.com. I've been told that you don't have to be a U.S. citizen to open an account there.

If you investigate these, I'd be grateful if you let us know whether this advice is any good.
