Post subject: Something Wrong With Linkshare's code

Does anyone here uses Linkshare? The affiliate link code I generated for my merchant using Linkshare leads me to a DNS error/page not found page. Is it just me who did the links wrongly or has it got to do with Linkshare?
I use Affiliate Link Cloaker to cloak Linkshare's links. Will that interfere with the referral process?

Jake, the best way is to test the code you copied, without change. Then use that code in the LinkCloaker and test that. If the first works, and the 2nd doesn't, then you have your answer. If neither works, then you need to contact Linkshare.

I had exactly the same problem with Linkshare links. Emailed linkshare numerous times, no response. Emailed the merchant numerous times, they said they would chase Linkshare, then no response. Anyway, in the end it turned out that some software I had installed ages ago had modified the Hosts file on my PC and was blocking all affiliate links from this network (and CJ as it happened). Cleared out the entries in Hosts, problem solved. However, confidence in Linkshare after never getting a single reply is not so easily fixed!
