Peter, Here are two possible reasons why you're not making sales.
1. Perhaps people are scared to trust you. They look at the page, and think: "Who's Peter Vine? Why should I believe what he says?" I think you need to answer those questions.
2. There are no testimonials to help convince your visitors that the book is worth buying. You can get testimonials by giving people copies of the book and asking for their opinion. It would look good if you could get a testimonial from a jeweler.

Not to me - but I'm not planning to buy a diamond ring. You're asking the wrong person. _________________ Allan Gardyne

I'm not a good one to comment as I am not in the market for a diamond, but here goes! I would suggest you focus at the beginning on the benefit to the reader---not on their wallet but on their love life. The first paragraphs came through a little cold to me, ie. if it started out "wow you love your fiancee...." "I know you want the best for her/him" "Ssometimes it's hard to do that without breaking the bank isn't it? If you're like me, sometimes even if she's happy you wish you could have done it better / gotten something nicer for her ... "
then go on to the part about saving money.
Focus on the reader's desires and dreams - a happy love life, making the other happy-- create the dream or draw the reader's attention to focus on it, make him thirsty -- then explain how your product can help him reach that dream?
The pic on the ebook cover is good, as is the emphasis on "perfect" and "secrets" When one sees your domain name it brings to mind broader topics - secrets of diamond rings, like best ways to propose, how to find out what she likes without her knowing you're asking/buying. Perhaps a good bonus to offer.
Your bonuses are good ideas - #1 is perhaps not clear enough (for me) -- what do I get some dusty old "how to have a good marriage book" from the 1960s? LOL List what other benefits besides saving time and money that this bonus item will bring The thing is every product says it will save time and money. And unless you are seeling a time-saving product (a PDA or a calendar, for example) people can feel like maybe it iwll save me time over his competitor's product but if I buy it it will take more of my time than not buying it. So focus on other benefits too "....our guide will help you have the dream honeymoon you want, and as an added bonuse we give extra tips to you not stress our over the plans (what good is a dream honeymoon if you're so exhausted you sleep through it all?)"
Bonus # 2 is quite confusing: what does "pre-refund" mean?!?? When I send feedback is that when you send me a check ? If so how do I do it? Is there a form in the book or will you emai me a questionnaire in 10 days time? Or is this just a bogus refund, I get the $20 now because the price is reduced, so whether I send feedback or not I get the $20 off? Maybe I am too picky but there are many products I've passed up which offered a refund if you give us feedback, because there wasn't even the simplest statement of HOW that was going to take place? To qualify for the refund do I have to fly to your location for apersonal interview lasting 7 hours? LOL
I am not a copywriter so take my suggestions with a grain of salt. But I did try to look quickly at your site (as a visitor would) and write down first impressions--those impressions taht would inform whether I stay longer on the site and consider purchasing or not--without studying it at great length.
Sales copy is very important but I'm not clear if your trying to sell your book yourself.
I'll give you a few other things to consider.
As you probably already know, one of the main reasons people sell informational products through clickbank is to have access to over 100,000 online marketers (affiliates)
You need to connect to some of those 100,000 online marketers (affiliates)
Your price might be part of the problem as many clickbank affiliates look for products that sell in the higher price range.
I'm not sure if you followed a particular system like SiteSell's MYNS etc.
But you might want to contact a few experienced people regarding ebooks etc. who might share some ideas to help you.
