Looking for a plugin that will do me a fix section on the template. It should look like the chat window ( that appears on the sites with live chat available ) that follows you even if you scroll down a page.
Something like ( "http://home.plimus.com/ecommerce/shoppers/customer-support" )
But I don't want a live chat window ... I want to edit that window and that should work with html ( so that I can put whatever I want in that section ).
Have any idea of something like that?

Well, Plugins are nothing but the software script that increase the features of wordpress platform. And there are two type of plugins premium and free plugins. Premium plugins is basically used for shopping cart while free plugins are for search able on criteria and for directory.

Yes, if you are logged into the dashboard with your administrator account it should be in the left side column right under the appearance option. If you're not seeing it, make sure you have logged in with the correct user.
